Once your setup fee is paid and your program is confirmed with Gergo, signs typically go to print within 24 hours and are deployed across your target Calgary neighbourhoods within 48 hours of printing. The whole process from sign-up to signs in the ground usually takes 3–5 business days.

ScopeX covers all four Calgary quadrants — NW, SW, SE, and NE. During onboarding, Gergo will work with you to identify the best target neighbourhoods based on your business type, service area, and goals. Signs are rotated regularly to maximize reach and exposure across your target zones.

H-Stake signs are corrugated plastic on wire stakes — you own them from day one, they’re lower cost, and ideal for testing. Metal Frame signs are heavy-duty aluminum-framed signs that ScopeX owns and maintains. Metal Frames have a stronger street presence and include full replacement coverage every month. Most clients start with H-Stakes, prove the results, then scale to Metal Frames.

The setup fee covers the cost of printing your signs, which happens immediately when you sign up. Since your signs are custom-printed with your design and branding, that cost is incurred right away. It’s not a deposit or a lock-in fee — it’s a real print cost. This also prevents any sign program abuse.

Yes — both programs are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime after your first month. If you’re on the H-Stake program, you keep your signs when you cancel since you own them. Just give Gergo a heads-up and your next billing cycle won’t be charged.

It depends on your program. Metal Frame clients have full replacement coverage included every month — broken signs are replaced in the same neighbourhood, stolen signs are replaced in a new neighbourhood. H-Stake clients do not have replacement coverage — lost or damaged signs are replaced at $33/sign. This is one of the key reasons many clients upgrade to Metal Frames.

You’ll need to provide your artwork or branding. If you already have a logo and brand colors, ScopeX can help put together a sign layout. If you need a full design from scratch, reach out to Gergo and we can discuss design options as part of your onboarding.

Most new clients start with 10–20 H-Stake signs to test results before scaling. This gives you enough geographic coverage to generate meaningful call volume while keeping your initial investment low. The lawn sign program works exceptionally well for home service businesses — landscaping, roofing, cleaning, HVAC, painting, renovation, pest control, moving, and similar trades. Basically any business where homeowners are the customer and local visibility drives inbound calls. If you serve residential Calgary, this program is built for you.

ScopeX places signs in compliant locations within residential neighbourhoods. Placement follows Calgary’s bylaws for signage. Signs are not placed on public road allowances or in prohibited zones. If a sign is placed incorrectly and removed by the city, Metal Frame clients have it replaced under their coverage. H-Stake clients replace at cost.

After the one-time setup fee, you’re billed monthly for your program. The monthly fee covers placement management, neighbourhood rotation, and (for Metal Frame clients) full replacement coverage. Billing continues on a rolling monthly basis until you cancel. Metal Frame clients: note that billing continues during any 1–2 week sign rotation gaps.

Absolutely. Many clients run a hybrid program — H-Stakes in newer test zones and Metal Frames in proven high-converting neighbourhoods. Use the calculator to build out the exact mix you want and see the combined setup fee and monthly total in real time.

ScopeX periodically moves your signs to different streets and areas within your target zones. This keeps your brand fresh, prevents sign fatigue in any single area, and expands your total reach over time. Rotation happens as part of ongoing monthly management — you don’t need to do anything.

This is available for larger programs. You can purchase your Metal Frames outright for $190/frame + $33/sign for printing. Placement is then managed at H-Stake monthly rates.
