Calgary limits what you can put on public land. Every sign we print is produced to those limits, so a placement can’t be pulled for being oversized — and your spend doesn’t end up in a City truck.
Sign face area
Signs placed on public property are capped at 0.6 m². Our standard 24×36 in face measures 0.56 m² — inside the limit with room to spare.
Overall height
Measured from grade to the highest point of the sign, stakes and frame included. Nothing we place stands taller.
Private property
Larger formats are allowed on private property under the Land Use Bylaw. When a client wants a bigger sign, that is the route we use — with the owner’s written consent.
Placement permit
Commercial signage on City land needs a valid permit. ScopeX applies, holds the permit, and tracks the expiry so your placements never lapse.
An oversized sign on public land is the fastest way to lose a placement. Printing to the limit up front means the sign stays in the ground, keeps working, and doesn’t cost you a reprint.

We cover NW, NE, SW and SE. Within each quadrant, placements are limited to areas where the City permits commercial temporary signs — and your target neighbourhoods are chosen from that list, not from a map with pins thrown at it.

Cancel after your first month and the signs are yours. You paid for them — they are your asset.

Simple and transparent. No long-term commitment. Cancel any time after month 1.
Metal Frame replacement
Broken: replaced in the same neighbourhood. Stolen: replaced in a new one. Billing continues during the rotation gap.
