How do the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers work?

Bronze is ~50% below market rate — designed for new or early-stage businesses. Silver is ~30% below market for growing businesses. Gold is at market rate with full execution. Platinum is the full-scale option for businesses that want to dominate their category.

Can I mix tiers across different services?

Yes. You can run SEO at Bronze and Ads at Gold, for example. Tiers are per-service, not per-account. The only exception is Startup Packages, which have preset combinations — though those can be customized on request.

Is there a setup fee?

Startup Growth Packages include a one-time setup fee covering onboarding, initial strategy, account configuration, and asset creation. Individual service retainers do not have setup fees — you pay the monthly rate from day one.

How quickly will I see results?

Ads Management can generate leads within days. SEO typically shows meaningful movement within 60–90 days, with early signals in the first 2 weeks. Social Media and Branding build momentum over 30–60 days. We set clear expectations at kickoff so there are no surprises.

Are there contracts or minimum commitments?

Monthly retainers are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. We prefer to earn your continued business through results, not lock-in clauses. One-time services (Website, Branding) are project-based with milestone payments.

Do you work with businesses outside Calgary?

Yes. We work with clients across Alberta, all of Canada, and the United States. All services are delivered remotely. The Calgary Lawn Sign Program is the only Calgary-specific offering.

Can I upgrade my tier later?

Absolutely. Most clients start at Bronze or Silver to test fit and results, then upgrade as ROI becomes clear. Tier changes are seamless — usually activated within 30 days of request.
